Elizabeth Sims

Elizabeth is a marketing communications professional with extensive experience in travel and tourism, as former VP Marketing Communications at Biltmore. As former president of the Southern Foodways Alliance, she also knows a few things about Southern food and culture. She has written two nationally published cookbooks for Tupelo Honey Cafe.
